Not sure if it's a DC thing or a GW thing, but Starbucks shops in the Foggy Bottom area are slow and worse, can't make a decent coffee. This shop is at least slightly better than the shop on E St.

Edit** mobile orders have much improved, with a designated employee helping to pass out orders. However, the store struggles to keep ingredients stocked.k**original post** Location can't keep up with their mobile orders. Employees don't even make eye contact when handing out food and drinks. I get it, they're busy...but minimum customer service levels aren't being met.

Nice Coffee as usual in Starbucks. This Starbucks is often crowded with students. Even on weekends. Fred WiFi is available.

They play music SO LOUD like this is not a lounge it is a coffee shop. I cant even hear myself having a conversation with a friend.

Such horrible service. zero customer service. plus, I order a grande always and it seems like they give me the amount for a tall because the cup is always only 75% full. For the amount I am paying I would like my cup to be to the brim. It seems like they don't know how to measure properly.

The slowest Starbucks I've ever visited. No line at the register when I ordered, but there was a long line of people waiting for their coffee. I waited almost 15 minutes, while employees seemed slow and uninterested in completing orders, and joking and talking a lot with each other. The coffee was fine, when I finally got it.
