Only complaint is their drive through ordering speaker! Should be moved closer to the building because cars are constantly blocking traffic being that it’s right at the edge of the curb.

Doesn't seem as pricey as it used to, maybe because the competitors are now just as expensive. Very fancy, elegant chain feel to it. Very professional ordering system and the frappe was quite delicious. My only complaint is that I don't like the way my drink looks with the description label on it. It just looks tacky

I will say that the drive-thru barista was not helpful at all after we told her the drink was not what we asked for. But the second I brought my drink in and explained what I wanted, the other two we're so quick, accommodating, and kind. The drink is now perfect, and i'm well caffeinated!Thanks, Ladies!
