Starbucks

The worst staff except for 1 person. Really humiliating experience in front of my guests. After getting 2 glass bottle Frappuccinos and adding a dollar in tip jar I asked for 2 cups of ice. Cashier nodded but kept on playing with register. I waited and asked again. He ignored me as did the 3 other employees standing around behind him. By that time I couldn’t believe their attitude so I asked again in a loud voice, only to be ignored again. One girl came from the back and asked me what i needed and gave me ice right away with a nice smile. How these other lazy and incompetent people work there is beyond me ! I would have asked for a manager but I did not want to embarrass my guests any further. What a shameful staff you have in that Starbucks ! I guess I need to rethink all the money I spend in that chain.

Very busy as expected. Drinks made out of order, so we waited longer than people behind us. Mobile order is very popular here and probably the way to go. My drink had soy chunks at bottom. Staff was friendly and store clean.

One of the very best Starbucks I have ever went to. Service was fast, efficient, and very friendly. Michelle was very welcoming and repeated my order back perfectly for 3 days in row. I highly recommend this to be 1 of top 5 of all the Starbucks, and I go to Starbucks in Memphis, as well many out of town when I travel. ❤

Always have new drinks to try up best stsff

Morning rush was a bit slower than desired, but people were very friendly and attentive to special orders.

Even deluged by teams of volleyball players early Saturday, Michelle was pleasant, entertaining, and efficient as she greeted and took orders. Great start to a chilly day!

We were so happy to have spotted this Starbucks on our way the the mall area in DC. It was about 30* so coffee & coco were the perfect fit. They were in the mist of doing a floorset change but they still handled the busy spurt quite well.

Worked remotely here for an afternoon, and you can tell the staff tries to go out of their way to be friendly with customers. Great service.

The baristas here are awesome! Extremly friendly and professional staff! I had the caramel brulee latte!

The usual Starbucks experience.. Sit back relax and enjoy the hot beverage of take one on the go if you're in a hurry. Courteous staff, good music
