Starbucks

Poor service. Watery coffee. I'm a regular Starbucks customer weekly basis and this is the only negative experience I've had with the coffee and treatmemt by the staff. I will not be coming back.

Mobile ordering is good is they way to go. Great management good service. Lines can get long between 7:30 and 8:30.

They're only doing take out orders as of the moment, but so glad I could still get my morning fix.

Excellent location to link up with friends and enjoy a good cup of coffee!

Worst customer service I have experienced at a starbucks ever. Didn’t even feel like a starbucks. Baristas got the wrong order several times. Staff was not friendly.

No one greeted me for several minutes. Once they did I got a “ Whata want “ kinda thing. Order a grande pumpkin latte and got something that wasn’t what I ordered. The label on the cup was correct. I guess that’s a plus.

Usually good. This place hired better people than others I've been to.

I frequent this Starbucks as I work nearby. If you are going to do a mobile order do it earlier than the app says. There are a lot of hotels near here so the store often times receives an influx of customers/mobile orders and they are not prepared to handle it. Very limited seating however there are outdoor tables here for when the weather is nice.

We came here a few times during our stay at the Hyatt. Fast and friendly!

Generally packed which results in longer wait times and more errors in placed orders. I find this Starbucks to be hot or miss
