Service was so friendly, atmosphere very hip. Beverages awesome.

Quick and quality service. The staff is friendly and open to help out a picky customer by redoing their drink or giving great suggestions.

Had two bad experiences with the new manager Brittany, I was repeatedly gossiped about and insulted by her Barista Keenan and I asked her to intervene and her words were "He never did that"... Bad Manager. 2nd incident. The ice was slippery outside and I decided to put Starbucks salt on the ice and she came outside and told me "I was going to have a problem" if I continued to put Starbucks salt on the ice, in exactly what sense she meant "I was going to have a problem" is up for interpretation, was it a threat, I don't know but it sounded like one... Bad Manager. I'm hoping Starbucks American Corporate Head Office reads this and takes the appropriate disciplinary action.

Wander in here regularly for a short flat white. Staff always friendly. Good coffee

I’m a frequent visitor here because of the atmosphere. Lots of windows, and it’s very spacious which makes it more likely than other places in the area that you’ll find a seat. It can get pretty busy on weekends, but during the week it’s the right amount of hustle and bustle that you look for in a coffee shop setting. Coffee is good, and I enjoy the food but rarely buy it. It’s often overpriced for what it is. Staff is friendly and they make an effort to get to know you.

I stood here waiting while the server just chatted away for minutes with a noticeable line behind me. I was not even acknowledged by the server and was eventually served By someone else who was actually doing their job. Useless

Good location, but a little slow.

Used to come here all the time and loved it because the atmosphere was great and the baristas were wonderful but the last few times I’ve been here I’ve been disappointed to find that that feeling isn’t here anymore. If you want a nice Starbucks to chill in for a bit this place is great, though just don’t come here expecting friendly and chatty baristas like there used to be.

I prefer Tim Hortons taste of coffees, even excepting the much cheaper price point of the Timmy's!
