Starbucks

This location used to be so great, after my last visit, we will not go back again, at least for a very long time. After made my wrong order, the girl acted like she didn't know what to do with my wrong order, instead of immediately make my correct order, she just moved on and no one (5 people behind the counter) cared to make the correct drink. Horrible customer service!!! Either hire better or train your employees better, Starbucks.

On my way south, often to Charleston, or on the way back, I have often stopped at this Starbucks. Harbison Blvd is usually a nightmare, but this Starbucks is luckily, usually fast. That makes it pretty logical to breeze in and out of. It always seems REALLY hot in Columbia, so I usually order something chilled or icy.

They have this great rasberry lemonade drink that is awesome.

Best Starbucks. Love coming here; the staff is friendly and my food and drinks are always prompt. I also love coming here to get work done, always a good atmosphere to be productive. Highly recommend.

Fast and courstey

This was such an awesome experience, my first time actually going to a starbucks!!! I got a coffee but my children were with me and dont drink caffeine so I wanted to get them a juice. Well the cashier was so sweet she told me the juices in the boxes which I was going for were much higher than the ones they could pour in the cups.. she she suggested I get that. She was so sweet. She took my order and it wa8a whole 3 mins till I got my order. I really love the customer service that make the visit the most enjoyable. My mocha latte was good too but the servers well baristas are what makes the location.. thanks for an awesome first experience, I will try other locations and see if they are all as great.

Great frappacino's. If you order online it will be like milk when you get there, so order inside.

i normally don't leave bad reviews, but i had enough time to while waiting for my drink for 45 minutes. it wasn't even that busy. i haven't even gotten my drink yet.

I work around the corner and my coworkers and I adore this location! The staff is incredibly friendly, the drinks are always made really well, and everyone is always in a great mood! This location gets quite busy so I always mobile order 10 mins before and can always walk in and out with my order.
