Starbucks

I went in with my father. I dont normally drink coffee anymore let alone go into a Starbucks. well I remembered why i dont today. Lisa was extremely unwelcoming at the cashier and just expected her guests to know how things operate there didnt let me know when I would get my food (I'm so use to the cashier grabbing it for you) so I was a little confused. when I asked her about it she was rude about it. the service was extremely slow at this location.and my Carmel macchiato hardly tasted like a coffee beverage. it tasted like a watered down milk beverage with a splash of espresso. I'm done with Starbucks. on a positive note the 23 mile and schoenherr location has a friendlier atmosphere.

Clean place with good drinks. Matcha green tea cream frappucinno is my favorite!

Don't get me wrong, I love the staff here and find them all friendly and sweet-- I just think the baristas could benefit from a little more training. I get the same coffee at least 3x a week (the girl in the morning even knows my order) and it tastes different every time, and not in a good way... and its not even like its something complicated, its literally an iced coffee with SF vanilla and 2 stevia. Yesterday I had the most delicious and perfect coffee ever, today I got the same exact thing and its so bitter and gross. Last week, it was so sickeningly sweet that I dumped the $4 cup of coffee down the drinking fountain once I got to work.

No sense of urgency. There isn’t a time I come here that isn’t backed up. When you go inside, you can see people moving slower than turtles. I come here on my way to work. I don’t have time to wait for them to do their job in slow motion. The worst part is, I’ve had my drink wrong multiple times. So it’s not just that they’re slow, but they’re slow and they can’t read the ingredients on the cup!

After the remodel this Starbucks is different from all the others. Most Starbucks are dark inside with dark wood and decor. This one has a very light interior with light blonde wood and tables. The coffee is delicious but the location is quite popular and it can be hard to get a table when it's busy.

I FINALLY found a Starbucks that makes REAL coffee and not milk like other places. I’ve been trying coffee (especially white chocolate mocha) from all different Starbucks in Sterling Heights-Warren-Utica area and this one is the ONLY one I would definitely come back for a delicious cup of white chocolate mocha. The location is perfect, easy to get access to and the interior is very nice, cozy and warm. Parking lot is a little too small and that’s why I give them 4/5 stars. Will be back for sure!

The closes one do my house so I have to go to this one. But every time I come here the customer service is horrible even tho I tip every time? Very annoying bc the one in canton is amazing

Even though they are frequently busy they are very quick and my drinks are always perfect and tasty.

I hate Starbucks. My daughter makes me take her. I would be happy if the entire company went out of business

Our service was AMAZING!!! The young woman that helped us did a wonderful job and was SUPER helpful! She went the extra mile, and after cooking our food items, she brought them to our table. She also really helped and was very patient when helping to work out an issue with my mom's birthday drink. Along with that, she answered all of our questions and the drinks were delicious.

All Starbucks stores are similar, but some stand out. This one is among my favorites. They're open to 11pm everyday (which is later than many other Starbucks stores in the area). And the staff is especially good about remembering your regular drinks. Sometimes it's a bit crowded because a lot of students gather here to study, but I've never had to wait too long for a seat.
