I went to this Starbucks located in the center of West Town Mall. I was drawn by the promise of a Happy Hour drink after 3pm. But when I ordered a Caramel Frapuccino, I was told that Happy Hour price only applies if I order two. Like two for the price of one. Are they lame brain stupid? A Happy Hour deal only for couples?? Are they biased toward singles? Why would a single person buy two drinks for himself or herself?Looks like bias still exists at Starbucks!

I ordered a French vanilla. And a almond honey fw laid 11.36 and it is the worst drinks I have ever tasted going to speedway and getting one of theirs is better it was a waste of money and when I tried to call the store their is no one that is answering . Even tho the drinks was disgusting the guy that took our Order he was very polite but the drinks man that was just not worth it

Starbucks in West Towne Mall has awesome people working there. Being disabled, they always offer assistance and the drink variety is good as well as the food they offer.

Work at west town mall and I go to this location all the time and I love each and everyone one of them! Plus I know the hell they go through so I appreciate them very much!

Even though this Starbucks is located right in the middle of a very busy mall, I give them props. My drink was delicious, service was great!

Its in a good location but can get pretty busy because of that. Other than that theyre very polite.

Starbucks has the best caramel cappuccino hot beverage drink on the planet.The entire staff is always professional and very happy to help me with my order.

I work in West Town Mall and order from this kiosk on a daily basis. I reload my Starbucks card weekly out of convenience, but I HATE how this is my “regular” location. Most of the staff is rude, the drink quality is incredibly inconsistent, and they’re usually out of most refrigerated food options. The location by my house is lovely (Kingston Pike and Newcomb Ave) sometimes I order from there before work just to avoid the dreaded kiosk.

Too overrated

They know my order and are always extremely friendly. Great team!
