It's a nice Starbucks and the staff work very hard. But some staff are a little scared of foreigners. Staff don't need to be scared. Staff don't need to speak PERFECT English to help foreign customers. Foreign customers know that English isn't used much in Japan and foreign customers are usually (99%) patient. So staff should not be scared, staff should enjoy helping foreign customers. We foreign customers love Japan and Japanese people!
