While the food and the service were good, the watered down condiments were an absolute joke. Both the ranch that came with the salad my friend ordered, and the spicy ranch that came with my fried pickle chips. Dip a chip in, it just all slides off. You know how when you're trying to get the last bit out of a bottle, you put in a little bit of water and then shake it up? Did you ever accidentally put too much water in? These dressings were at least as bad as that. It makes me wonder what other cost-saving measures they take and hope no one will notice.

The customer service is pretty spotty. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes we have to wait 10 or so minutes for someone to realize we don’t have drinks. The food is ok. It definitely could be better. They really don’t have much to offer outside of burgers and fried food. Last time they forgot our patty on the bun, somehow. The nachos are disappointing. Beer is ok. There is a large selection - mostly IPA’s - but they don’t seem to have a rotating draft.Not much variety on the shakes either. They could definitely use a menu revamp!

We placed a take-out order. The food was good, but the hostess that took our take out order was new and didnt know the menu. She was very nice and helped as best as she could. I would go back.

Restaurant was clean, Food was good. Nashville Hot Chicken was crispy and spicy. This place looks like it has a good vibe.

Great create a burger place. Also they have a great create a salad as well. Lots of toppings and types of burgers

Good food and milkshake. It isn't the best milkshake on the planet but it was good. I was overwhelmed with the build your own burger with so many options. Wanted to try them all

Burger was very pink, missing the red onions I ordered. The burger was really good, tho. My husband's burger was perfect. The fries were crispy, perfectly done and seasoned. My coleslaw had a sour taste. Maybe a pinch of sugar and salt would help. I'd still try it again

Liked the atmosphere in the daytime, lots of natural light. Burger and beer prices are a bit lower than the competitors.

Would give less than 1 star if possible. Have been multiple times food is terrible. The yuengling on draft didn’t even taste good.

Good selection of beers, enjoyed the fried pickles, and had a great burger.

I normally love this place and would go there any chance I had. My last visit had some subpar service...took us ages to be seated, waited on, and to get our check. I’ve been a server and usually don’t mind those kinds of things. BUT, what really made me decide that I’ll never go back was when my husband went to the restroom, he saw an employee using the urinal and then leave without washing his hands!! What’s worse, he was a kitchen employee. Sorry Stack’d, but I’ll never come back after knowing that.
