Great, authentic Middle Eastern style bread!

I am from the West Side and have been a customer of St Paul Flat Bread for years. Even when I moved out of town I always had to stop and get my flatbread fix. It freezes well for about 3 months as long as you split it up into about 3 pieces per gallon food storage bag.Don't forget the garlic sauce and Kibbi

Lebanese flat bread of this ilk was purely a black market commodity on St. Paul's West Side -- a delicacy baked in small stone ovens once scattered among the homes of our beloved mothers and grandmothers. Now Don and his family have carried the business to the streets!
