Amazing store and online shopping. Very convenient, have not shopped anywhere else since I discovered this gem. Great staff. I would recommend Alissa to be your stylist! She will have all your fashion needs covered.

Prior to moving to Montreal, I was an occasional online customer at SSENSE. When I moved I was introduced with the stylist option SSENSE offers. My stylist Sandrine goes above and beyond for me all the time! She is always sending me pieces that she thinks I'd look good in and that suit my style. Having her as my personal stylists has made the hunt for clothes so easy. Thanks Sandrine!

The customer service level is extraordinary. Every staff working during my visit were very welcoming. My friends and I had a great shopping experience. I look forward to visit the store on my next visit to Montreal. The online customer service is also amazing. It is great to see that level of service is consistent across all channels.

My first time at the new Ssense store, I must say what a wonderful experience it was. Greeted as I came in, had a bit of a mini tour with Anthony one of the reps. I ended up coming on a different day for a shopping experience. I loved being able to select items from my wishlist and sending them to the store. It made it a lot easier to shop and it was truly a breeze. All that’s left now is to have a nice work session in their rooftop cafe. Till next time!

I Have been shopping for many years at SSENSE and have always been satisfied with my stylist regardless of who they were. My most recent stylist is Sandrine and she is phenomenal. She was always great in store by appointment but right now during these times she has gone above and beyond with sending me links of exactly what i like making shopping as easy as can be.

Located in the old port of Montreal, this shop is definitely a place to visit. Went to see the shop as I’ve been an online shopper. The aesthetic of the shop is great and it has multiple floors to see. Make sure to visit the cafe and get a coffee and a snack to eat. I bumped it down a couple of stars as I had an unpleasant experience with an associate, safe to say I’ll be shopping online from now on.

Very cool store ! My stylist is Alissa and she is very helpful and kind.I can order an item at 8am or 9pm, she will be there to assist me at anytime. Honestly if you want to buy an item, I suggest you to go her, she knows what she is doing. And if you are not buying, you can just go say hi but you have to bring a dog hahaha

I bought a pair of boots from SSENSE recently and the stylist, Alissa, was really helpful in finding my size and making my online shopping experience smoother! Considering the store is temporarily closed due the pandemic, I couldn't go the physical store and try them out but I was still able to find the right style and size thanks to her :) The order was processed very quickly and I got the boots 3 days after. (they are also having huge sales right now so go check em out right away!!)

Love shopping at ssense, especially with Alissa as a stylist. She is quick, always welcoming, efficient and helpful. If you are looking for a stylist to buy from, I suggest you start shopping with her asap. She will not disappoint, even during quarantine.It's always great to go into the store since the location is breathtaking, and you can always grab a great snack or coffee. Love how often the store is refreshed as well.
