Yes. Spudnuts are made from potato flour; and (thus far) seem to have no trace elements of -- or cross-contamination from -- wheat flour.
Keep in mind that legitimate gluten-free food spots either:
(a) are gluten-free facilities that use zero ingredients containing gluten; or
(b) they mitigate with methods like "dedicated friers", separate prep areas/methods/utensils/ovens.
This level of detail is quite significant for those with Celiac's disease (who would otherwise have an allergic reaction, resulting in swelling, splotches, even restricted breathing) or those with reactions like migraine headaches (resulting in vomiting & dehydration). Both may require hospitalization. If reactions are less serious, Benadryl may mitigate gluten exposure.
