The cupcakes are pretty good at this mini bakery. I would suggest the red velvet cupcakes to anyone who’s trying this shop out for the first time. The cupcakes are delicious.

I had Dark Chocolate and Vanilla Milk Chocolate cup cakes, both were awesome!!

I have wanted to try a Sprinkles forever. This location was in a shopping mall; service was pretty darn slow and they seemed a little inefficient. I bought three cupcakes: banana, strawberry and lemon coconut. All were very good, I do wish the banana was stronger banana flavor. The icing is almost fudge consistency when left in the fridge. The icing could be lessened somewhat (did I really just say that lol).

Love their gluten-free red velvet cupcakes; they are so delicious and moist!

Nice place to get decadent cupcakes after dining at the restaurants in Brookfield Mall. A nice variety of cupcakes made fresh daily from typical to unusual flavors that are all nicely decorated. All flavors seem to be very good. Customer service is outstanding and knowledgeable. A must stop when at the Brookfield Mall.

Limited number of fresh baked cupcakes. As is usually the case with a cupcake bakery, the cupcakes are fresh and good, but the frosting is what makes them delicious. Timing is important because the mall gets crowded, but they do bake more as the day goes on. They have a good selection of the day, so hopefully they make your favorite on the day you go.

I mean I can't get enough of these cupcakes!! It was a must stop for me after coming to NYC from Toronto and they never disappoint. Totally wish you guys would expand to Canada :(

It was my first time trying Sprinkles, and I was so happy I did! My boyfriend and I got the vegan red velvet cupcakes. They were absolutely delicious!! I just wish they had more vegan flavors available.
