Excellent location. Food is okay. Friendly host. Will visit again.

Located at the Community Boathouse, right in the heart of the Burlington Waterfront Park. Train station, bike paths, public bus route...Seating on the docks!! Boat tie offs. Bathrooms, food and booze...what more do you need?Great music, the sounds of a blender, and that wonderful essence of motorboat fuel.The most beautiful views of Lake Champlain and New York ADK skyline. Also Port Kent ferry docks and the Ethan Allen cruise boat dock. If you are going for the sunset, wear a sunhat. The Caribbean has serious competition here. And the food is excellent.

Excellent location. Fish tacos are much better than the fish and chips.

So you walked this far, have a beverage, I can not recommend the $6 hot dog. Waterfront viewing of great lake, Instagram perfect, clean bathroom.

My son Brandon came to visit me and he tried me out in bed so we can go down to the lake. This is a floating restaurant on the water and you can just about touch the boats. We went on a beautiful sunny day. It was 80 degrees and the chicken ranch Burger was delicious. Service was fantastic too
