Spinelli Deli

Ordered through grubhub. The lox had dark brown spots and smelled terrible. The hash browns were very undercooked and just tasted of grease. Everything overall was just super disappointing. Tried to get a refund and they refused and treated us like we were just being too picky when the food was terrible. Still hungry because we're not eating it. 0/5 would not recommend. Bad food, bad customer support

Rotten food from here. Don't waste your money.

Quality has gone way down. Multiple visits, multiple disappointments. I always get a salad to go. I have had wrong cheese (hate blue cheese) , wrong dressing, missing dressing. All Salads come with a half a toasted bagel. I have had it not come with that either on a couple occasions. Prices were always fair and but now the quality dip has made it not worth it. I hope it changes.
