Spice Hut Indian Cuisine.

Found this little gem by accident (all other restaurants in Comox were closed on Dec 24th). The dishes are cooked with fresh ingredients, spiced to your choice and the servings are very generous for the price. The Take Out business kept the phone ringing constantly which is an indication of their quality and popularity. They are located a couple blocks from the Comox Mall on Comox Ave but it is worth searching them out! A wonderful find.

Super friendly staff, great service affordable and tasty food. Naans were a little undercooked, but curry 8/10 service 10/10. Would be nice to see some locally sourced meats and produce on the menu.

Have a nice view at the front. Staffs are very friendly. I had their butter chicken curry and nan. Very delicious and was at the perfect spiciness that I asked for it to be.

Your employee’s don’t want to listen any complaints about the food. I was your regular customer and after having this kind of experience I’m never going to dine in or suggest anyone bcz they don’t treat good. I call for telling them that your roti was very hard that i was not able to eat and they were like so what should we do . Tell your staff to start listening.

We tried mango fish curry, chicken curry, and spicy lamb curry. All of them were so delicious. Our kids tried fried fish and they finished them all. The only disappointing thing is the Naan we order second time came little late but we understand and forgive them for 15 minutes more waiting. The white lady with Indian dress who served us was very friendly and helpful.

We came here with a large work group. I had my baby and toddler with me. One of the waitresses offered to hold my baby so I could eat some food off my plate! Then they gave my toddler and his friend some stuffed animals to play with outside while the rest of us ate. The sweetest, best service :)

So good. Everything I have tried here has been gold. As someone who is a bit of a wimp when it comes to spice, I'm very glad for the mild option. Their naan bread is definitely one of the best I have ever had. Dine-in is great, take-out is quick. Excellent overall.

Quite noisy as the phone rings constantly (very loud) the waitress has a very loud voice and is chatty, there are no sound barriers. So the ambiance is not romantic. Could be just like India, noisy and chaotic. The food was good- the chicken very tender. Weird dessert.

Would go again, the food was pretty good👌
