Love eating here while reading a nice vibe but come early it gets super busy later afternoon onwards and parking can be challenging I usually have to park far away and walk about 10min which isn't bad helps me work off the extra calories

I lived in Dubai for two years and during that I time I visited this restaurant once or twice a week.I still make time to visit it whenever I visit Dubai especially when the weather is pleasant. I like walking to the restaurant and immerse myself into beautiful memories going back to 2001.I love their basic salad consisting of sliced tomatoes, cucumbers & onions. Squeeze a lemon on these and you will experience a magical taste.Try their signature soup. You will be tempted to order another one but I advice not to!After all, you don’t want to feel full before you try their authentic Persian grills.And once you’re done and dandy, treat yourself to their black/red tea. No tea bags over here; they make their tea using loose tea and boiling water. You’ll love it.Simply put, this is the best Persian Resturaunt in Dubai and definitely deserves my Five Star Rating. Period.

I read about them on Instagram and was so excited to try their food so I called to make an order for delivery in Dubai Silicon Oasis, the guy who answered was very unprofessional and arrogant and told me that I need to make an order with a minimum of AED 200. I said I don't need that much food I'm a single person I can make a big order for AED 120 but not more, he said NO. No apology or explanation or at least trying to make it work by clubbing it with someone else's order to this area.

No words to describe the taste of kebabs here. The customer service is beyond my imagination. We had ordered kebabs the one which are very famous here. My mom is a pure vegetarian so she didn't eat anything but the person in charge there offered her tea and dates. So thoughtful!! We were overwhelmed by there service and consideration

You just cannot go wrong with this place if you love your meats. Tender meats with well marinaded kebabs for a fantastic price. One of Dubai's most favourite restaurants that has catered to a ton of celebrities.

I saw a video review of this restaurant by Mark Weins and could not resist the urge of trying it out. Parking is the greatest challenge, but Al Fahidi metro station is one minute walk away. As you enter you're greeted by the very friendly manager who tells you to sit wherever you want, and that the back of the restaurant is for families. The setting is very casual and you share tables...Hummus and salad for starters, followed by delicious grills, served with rice and bread. Regulars were helping themselves to soft drinks from the fridge, which is what we'll do next time... Which is when I will add some more pictures and see what the washroom facilities are like....

This is a popular Iranian restaurant with kabobs and other items from Iranian cuisine. The food is good and the prices are cheap. This is a spot you go with freinds to have some good food. It's not a fancy place and they will kick you out once you're done with your food. There are always people in line waiting for seating and it kind of makes sense. It's cash only don't forget!

Super busy restaurant. Best kebabs in town. I love their Bahraini kebab. Service is fast and the owner is very friendly. Only downside is the location. You gotta be lucky to find a parking spot.

Super busy! The taste is not the same as it used to be.Basically this is how it is with every restaurant now and then! As soon as they have made good bucks out of it they no more care about the quality.I totally remember the time of Ustad himself you could feel the real authenticity in the taste of the food!

Loved the mix platter, very tasty kebabs, well cooked and seasoned properly. Though its a busy place but staff tries to attend as soon as they can and if the food is late, they apologize and accommodate you with complimentary tea. a must visit place.

Irarian hotel that is a Best budget kabab resturant of Dubai. The tastes are really delicious. Many world renowned personalities have visited this hotel. There chulu kabab and mix 4 are among the best. With oats soup as starter. Humus is definitely delicious.i rate it 10 out of 10 for taste. 10 out of 10 for envoirment. The owner know several languages.

It was in my wait list for long time. Had a mix special kebab. Curd is a signature of this restaurant. Kebab with curd will make the best combination which will taste better than humoos and kebab. The owner comes to you and asks whether anything required though there are more waiters. They have a good reputation in Dubai inspite of that they are down to earth. No partiality between nations as other restaurants do.

This place was long due on my visit list as i finally made it. Coming to the point, the ambience is great with people waiting for the table since is always busy at any point of the day. The food mainly consists of kebab platters. Food is not on the spicier side, well cooked with the traditional spices , u get a fell of an authentic distinctive taste quite different from other restaurants.
