BV is a lovely upscale shopping mall of premium shops that seems to have become a geriatric hideout. It appears that QuadReal has made a conscious effort to deter it from becoming a business meeting place. I attended today to meet an old client and although we enjoyed so many coffee and food places they LOCKED all plugs to make sure we could not charge our devices. We left much earlier than planned.

The place was extra busy today because of winterlicious, but the quality of their food did not waver. My husband and I had the pizza margherita and risotto, and it was really yum. Our server was also very friendly and helpful.

A high class shopping mall. There are restaurants, fashion stores, bank, and supermarket etc..... In general, it's a little bit pricey. Ample parking spaces.

Bayview village is a luxury and more of a high end mall that has high-end brand stores located in it. It’s conveniently locates in North York (near my house)area and it’s very clean and well managed. There are plenty of good restaurants available if you want to meet up with friends and the selection of stores available are pretty diverse. If you are on a budget however this place might not be your first choice. There are also plenty of parking spaces available if you drive and the public library is a good addition.

Good place to go to....if you've got lots of spare change. Pricey but a good variety of shops and restaurants. Two high end groceries, Loblaws and Pusateri.

It's well managed and maintained for a long time, been going there over a decade...seen lots of renovations and upgrades. But not many selection of Apparel for young people, not like York Dale mall. So far it's ok for meeting friends and grocery shopping. I feel lucky for this mid sized mall with many restaurants in the neighborhood.

My favorite shopping place - not so crowded and always available parking spots. Variety of stores to shop from and the best washrooms in town :)

A very high-end mall that’s on the smaller side. The shops inside are of high quality and standards, which are quite pricey. Always kept very clean and aesthetically very pleasing. The washrooms and facilities are kept very clean.

It is majority high end, however Sephora and Shoppers Drug Mart has higher end products that's you don't usually see at other locations. The food court is small but they have various restaurants that are a treat. Best time to go is during the holidays, it's not crowded or busy, the decor is beautifully displayed and their washrooms are the best.

Really liked how it’s calm and stores are nice. Also liked the cafes ( aroma cafe, bread and roses cafe) and food court area which is more like restaurants. I tried the bread and roses cafe, they had great customer service and a variety in their menu. What’s nice is that they have indoor and outdoor seatings.The mall also has Bayview public library which is very convenient.

Very interesting place to be and spend some hours. designer shops, nice cafeterias. Totally recommended

Upper class mall catering to the rich and famous. Bring your unlimited credit card for exclusive clothing and ultra fine dining! $$$$$

The hidden gem ! Very nice and reasonable. Can’t beat the location and safety. Washrooms are clean and beautiful . They also seem to improve the Mall regularly which tell me that management is on top of things.

I have been to the Bayview Shopping Mall (NE corner of Bayview and Sheppard) for more than 10 times, it is an above-average mall which is clean, decent with a variety of choices for shopping, I like the place.I went there in the early afternoon on 28 Jan 2020 with my friend for a cup of coffee. We chose the Lettieri espresso bar + cafe. I ordered a cup of house brew coffee, the quality of it was fairly acceptable; my friend ordered a cup of latte, the quality of it was poor. My friend asked me to try it and I did, I found that it was just like drinking some creamy milk but there wasn't any tasting of coffee. The price is relatively expensive.The service was no good either. While the male attendant (he was polite) served our orders, I walked around and wanted to order some cakes, but the female attendant was aware of my intention, kept on playing on her mobile, she didn't ask me what would I like nor even looked at me. I rarely encountered this kind of service in Canada!

Very nice and classy washrooms!! Doesn’t even look like a washroom! Even has a breast feeding room for new mothers, but there is no door for privacy. A small mall with little stores selection, but a nice place to hangout for those on maternity leave.
