Not a bad mall considering they have removed so many stores from the other locations. Usually clean and not overly busy.

There are so many things to see and do at Bayshore Mall! So many stores to choose from as well as a food court that will please everyone....even your picky eaters! They offer free baby and me yoga classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays (please do call first as classes have been temporarily canceled due to the C-19 virus). Christmas is absolutely stunning as well as Santa and his elves visit faithfully every year♡ every faith, religion and nationality of course are welcomed with open arms♡ If you have never visited Bayshore, you should make it a priority, the visit is well worth your time.

Place has truly turned into an amazing shopping destination. While there is a lot more high end shops now, was still able to find much to look at throughout the 3 floors. All stores were courteous and very clean. Parking was a bit rough and some construction still going on, but with the gigantic Walmart now added this truly is a one stop shopping mecca. Had a great day.

Great place to shop, but there parking lots are super tight and small.

Staff were very friendly and helpful in all of the shops that we stopped in at. Love the new look, have not been there in a few years. We live an hour away.

I loved shopping here. The customer service in every store we went into was excellent whether I bought something or not. The mall is really clean for being such a big mall. The food court is a nice big area. The washrooms are also clean.

Lots of covered parking available in attached parking structure. Wide walkways make shopping more pleasant even during high traffic periods. Large, well kept food court with many cuisine options. Seating area includes countless charging stations for mobe devices.

One of the best malls to visit in the city however at least one of the elevators seems to be broken all the time. Broken elevators hinder people's enjoyment of shopping however the selection of stores is good and the parking is free. In Winter visit Santa early in the morning with less lines than in the afternoon or on weekends.

I haven't been to this mall in probably a decade until Boxing day and I didn't realize how big it is. I think the biggest mall in Ottawa. Lots of pretty good stores.

Large shopping centre in west Ottawa with many stores ranging from high-end boutiques to everyday essentials. Lots of parking but also excellent links to transit. Plenty of opportunities to find deals and shop around. Stores include Hudson's Bay, Walmart, lululemon, Bath and Body works, American Eagle and TD Bank.They've improved over the past several years.

Best mall in the city - free parking and has the best variety of stores .

It's a good mall and everything but this this place need to be upgraded it's not complied with today's size and capacity standards.

Pretty good, nice place to be when the weather is less than ideal. Usually there is always a store that will have a sale. Lots to browse, and very friendly support staff. Still some development going on so not a full use of facilities yet. Washrooms are generally pretty decent especially considering the amount of traffic they get.

Went to things engraved and got a wallet engraved. Turned out great a little smudge but she gave me a good deal because of it. Pretty happy with it. Very cute ideas for the holidays
