Had a great lunch here. Staff were really friendly and I love the Scrabble letter signing. My first experience with GBK and I really enjoyed it.I have been there twice and the burgers have been great both times except not always cooked to how we wanted. Both times I had medium and my girlfriend had rare but both came out different from what we asked.

When ordered it's quickly made withing 5mins I'd say. The prices are a bit high (around 8£/9£) but so is the quality so no complains there. My friend went there and also was well impressed by the quality! If you want a proper nice burger like its suppose to be, go there and enjoy!!

It's very small but that means the service is very quick.

A fairly small branch of GBK with a rudimentary curtain providing wind coverage.We went last night to GBK excited to try the Christmas menu. Saw there was an offer on, and a special milkshake available, so thought we'd try that, splitting a venison and a beef option between us.1st issue. They'd run out of venison. Okay, guess we'll both have beef (medium rare).2nd issue. They'd run out of gravy. Fine, we'll still try it I guess but enthusiasm is waning.3rd issue. The Christmas milkshake is not available as part of the Christmas meal deal. WHY?! Can we pay a topup to have it? Nope, despite the fact you can pay a topup for the venison.3rd issue. Buns arrived like charcoal.4th issue. Meat arrived well done.

As a starter i ordered halloumi bites which came completely burnt and the sauce that came with it tasted like vinegar. The burger was the worst burger I’ve ever eaten. The veggie bean burger stated that it came with mayo which it did not and when i informed a staff member about it he went to the kitchen and came back with what was supposedly mayo but tasted like dijon mustard. The burger it’s self wasn’t cooked properly and resembled dog food, it was all mushy and tasted bland. My partner asked a staff member for bbq and what she came back with was nothing like bbq sauce; it had bits in it and resembled a salsa. I am really disappointed with my first experience here; i paid for dog food in a bun. Would not recommend.

Waited over half hour for a take away burger and then they messed up the order so had to wait another 10 minutes! After all of that, the burger was not even hot! Will never go there again.

I was very excited to go here, people raved about it to me, found out there was a halal option i took my butt down there. Got there and because the halal option was the panco chicken i was somewhat limited. The lady who served me was absolutely fantastic

Thought I'd try the chick chick boom chicken burger and chilli fired chicken bites. All I can say is the only thing that tasted decent was the coleslaw and the pickled inside the burger. The chicken was so crispy and dry and some times not able to bite into it at first. Definelty won't be coming here again. Please improve on your fried chicken and not over cook or under cook it thanks.

It's quite retro, not a lot of seating, food was good. However the staff didn't understand the app.

Great food and quick service.

Very very disappointed with the chicken burger. I ordered through delivero yesterday. It came with burnt buns and chips are not cooked. I ordered chicken burgers with mayo and no tomatoes. But I got chicken burger with BBQ sauce and my children refused to eat it.

Good burger for reasonable price, very tasty and super attentive staff. Super recomend!

An absolute dump. Filthy toilets, corridors full of boxes and half the place crowded out with Deliveroo staff. We left before ordering.
