Usually enjoy having a drink and appetizer in the lounge or outdoor patio but the service was slow and the limited staff did not appear to know how to prepsre and serve. Hope this was just an off night.

Sora Airport- too pricey, awful tasteless food. I ordered a simple cheese omelete and got a veggie omelet that had no seasoning. I also ordered a cream cheese beagle and they didnt have cream cheese and it was hard as stone and cold.

The absolute worst. Service is very slow and the food is terrible. It feels like a restaurant that is struggling and no one is doing anything to try and fix it. The restaurant is very dimly lit, and serves are not good/seem so uninterested. And the food tastes microwaved/ prepackaged. BAD BAD BAD.

Service at the bar was good. This place will do in a pinch, especially since the restaurant across the street closed down.That said, the food is horrible and extremely overpriced. Much higher than even airport pricing. The guacamole dip has no seasoning whatsoever. It was just straight avocado and lime with store bought chips. The 35 dollar "gaucho steak" looked and tasted like something you'd throw together with some frozen fajita beef.The good news is this hotel provides complimentary Uber. The hotel itself was great. I would recommend using that service to go somewhere, anywhere else for food.

We decided to stay in at our hotel restaurant instead of going out on our first night of a 5 day day work stay. We got seated in the bar area even thought we thought we went to the restaurant. There was only one server on Jan 14th working as it appeared and it took a long time to order a beverage and be acknowledged. We put in our orders. We had to ask for water several times for water. Our server never once asked us if our food was ok. He never asked if we wanted anything else. I personally will not eat here again if I have the option of leaving the property or ordering delivery.

I ate here twice while staying at this hotel. Chicken sandwich was meh with a pathetic bun. Mushroom ravioli was ok but way too salty. Overpriced for the quality.
