Soprano's Pizza

Our favorite pizza place closed and a friend suggested Sopranos. We are hooked. They don't deliver to our area but we will drive out to them because the pizza is so good! And the prices are amazing. Super friendly staff too. Very quick service.

Good tasting food, was made on time. Tasted fresh, service is good. Unfortunately the food made me extremely thirsty afterwards and the price could’ve been better.

They must have changed owners. The pizza used to be good thick crust saucy and cheesy with lots of toppings. NO MORE. the crust was thinner than a tortilla . There might have been sauce and cheese on it. A freezer pizza would have been better. this was our favourite pizza for almost ten years. WE WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. AND I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME. worse than dominos or pizza pizza at the price of a quality pizza save your money and time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! WE WERE EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED.

I don’t complain often but this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Soooo rude. Got the order wrong- once delivered we called back and informed them- then 20 min later they called us back to say we didn't pay the correct amount. It was their mistake but wanted $5 more. Lots of Sarcastic comments from them.Then they wanted the incorrect pizza back but we told them since we were inconvenienced they should compliment it. They begrudgingly agreed- then delivery guy shows up finally with correct pizza and demanded the other one back even though they agreed to letting us keep it. It was very upsetting for our family gathering. Customer for 10 years—never again.

I hate this place. Their food always makes me sick... but thats just me.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PIZZA in all of london maybe even Ontario, the people are nice, pizza is cheesy and loaded with toppings, and just an absolute pleasure eating there food

Worst overall service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Spent over 2 hours waiting for delivery and every time I called in to check the status of my order I was strung along to believe “it would be there any second.” I waited an hour since I was told that so clearly I was completely lied to. Do not order from here. Absolute horrid customer service.

Please stop placing your advertisements in our door. You're not even granted permission to advertise our apartment without first gaining permission. When you leave an ad in our door and we don't remove it, it indicates that no one is home, which is a breach of security. This is the third time this has happened and all within the space of three months.

The only pizza I will eat in London. Definitely a place to try at least once before you decide to knock it. This pizza compares with Windsor's pizza.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT GO HERE! I ordered delivery for 2 medium 3 topping pizzas and got one wrong pizza. I called to ask for the correct one. They said they would give me a credit because they were too busy to delivery at that time. I said okay because they’re usually generous with their toppings. I then called back a week later and tried to get my credit which was a problem. I was spoken to very unprofessionally by the manager then he HUNG UP the phone on me. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service here!

Soprano's Pizza is one of the better pizza's I've had in London. I've ordered from Soprano's multiple times now with no problem. After placing an order online today I received a call saying that my house was too far for them to deliver and would have to charge me an extra $6 (which I was fine with). However, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and how the person on the phone dealt with the situation. The person I was on the phone with seemed like he did not care for my business and seemed extremely uninterested in continuing with my order (which did not happen). I don't understand why this was a problem today after I have had Soprano's delivered to my house multiple times. This is too bad because I won't be recommending Soprano's to my friends or family anymore.

Great pizza. Good selection of slices around lunch time, if just buying for one. Full pizzas have good quality toppings (and plentiful), and a very reasonable price for what you get. Never had an issue/error/mistake or long delivery. Always been on time, and great.
