Absolutely amazing food! I've been here a few times with rather large groups and the staff has accommodated perfectly each visit. Although, there doesn't seem to be enough waitstaff at times to accommodate how busy the place gets.Their ramen is top notch, and the sushi is also made very well, their surf n turf roll in particular is very good. I'll be a continued patron in the future!

Amazing food — Sono lifts the culinary picture for Raleigh, this is West-coast grade sushi!We particularly enjoyed the grilled octopus and the raw-raw appetizer roll for their originality and tasty edge. The surf and turf roll was absolutely amazing, and our server Jaehyun was incredibly helpful and attentive. While we couldn’t finish it, the creme brûlée cheesecake is delicious and lighter than its namesake. We will be back!

My new favorite sushi joint. Chef and staff were definitely awesome! My son had an awesome birthday here!You have to try the Japanese Uni with a quail egg. Awesome!!!

Great sushi deals at the restaurant in downtown Raleigh.

My first experience here was amazing. Impeccable service and the food was to die for. I am a bit of a sushi snob but I had nothing to complain about. The fish was very fresh and each roll was unique. I highly recommend the Sono Jalapeno roll and the Red Bull roll (for eel lovers like myself).

Great date night spot. The sushi and nigiri was wonderful. Hands down, they made one of the best martinis I've ever had. The location is great for people watching and surprisingly wasn't very noisy given that it's a large restaurant space.

Fresh, clean, and enjoyable sushi options. Everything came out quickly and correct as we ordered it. Service was superb. Didnt catch servers name, but he was a tall, handsome guy with outstanding service manners. The higher price tag on the menu was warranted as the food was very palatable and enjoyable. Good atmosphere. Great service. Yummy food. Will visit again!

Great sushi and ramen - in other words - great food! And the service is quick and accommodating. It both suitable for a lunch and dinner. Definitely one of my favorite places in Raleigh.

Fantastic Spicy miso ramen. On a cold day, it was the perfect meal! The restaurant is pretty crowded during lunch, reservations in advance definitely helps

The sushi here was amazing! All of the fish was high quality and tasted so fresh. It is a little pricey for the amount of food, but definitely worth it!

Good food and drinks, friendly/attentive staff, decent prices and atmosphere. Nothing extraordinary, but a good experience none the less.

The Spicy Miso Ramen is the absolute best I've ever had.

Date night, needed recommendations, our server was Amazing!!!! Everything was outstanding. Do yourself a favor and try the octopus appetizer!!! I spoke to the manager and asked him to give her a raise!!! Cocktails were spot on as well.
