Sonic Drive-In

To be open late the blow Wendy's out of the water. The order was long and confusing but they cranked it out with no problem and they did it quickly I was amazed this was one of the best experiences I have had with Sonics in a long time I have to start visiting you more often!!!

Last 3 times i have been disappointed. I ordered a toaster and it wasnt toasted. Then my cherry limade drink is never right. The cashier then informed me they no longer use fresh fruits they are only for decorations. I said ok kool. Ill just go across town to another Sonic. Where they put they cherry and lime in my drink and toast my Texas bread. This taste like something i could of made at home.

I have no idea what they had going on at this location tonight but for a place that is suppose to have fast service and good quality food even late night did not tonight. I waited for a while and my food cold and not entirely the way I ordered it even though they read the order back to me it was still wrong when I received it. They drowned my hot dogs in so much ketchup and mustard it’s like that my son couldn’t even eat his food. There was just so many things wrong and when you try to call and let a manager know no one what happened no one answers the phone. Very disappointing to say the least.

I love the the customer service and food. Top 3 favorite fast food places to eat. Make you feel very welcome. And definitely definitely keep you smiling 😊

Extremely friendly staff, our order was correct and the food was the best Sonic we have ever had!

This is the slowest "fast food" that you will ever encounter. I have visited multiple times, yet no one at the drive thru knows how to use your payment through the app. Literally told "I don't know how to do that. There are people waiting. Just pay with something else." I did and still waited 10+ minutes for my order. I like the food so you get a second star.

Love the dirt cherry limeade. Service is friendly and fast?

The restaurant needs a lot of TLC and a good thorough cleaning inside and out. Didn't dare touch any handles or use the restroom. The onion rings were over cooked and not tasty at all. Have never eaten at Sonic as we're from Vermont and have wanted to, but am sadly disappointed. The staff at the register and gal who brought out the food were friendly and sweet. +10 for them! Shannon and Tiarra! 😊😊

The cashier was messing up orders. And high or high on something. She was Eating and working. SMH

I order a combo with large tots and a large strawberry and banana milkshake. They told me at the window that it came with medium tots. I said "I know that is why I ordered large". I was told that the machine would not let them make it large. Since when? I always order large and until now it had never been a problem. We leave and realize that the milkshake is banana only. Not a good experience.

Staff was very friendly and professional. I was on duty EMS and we got a call right after I payed for my food and they gave me a refund quickly w/ no hassle and a smile. Ended up going back in later to try to eat again and the breakfast burritos i ordered were out in no time. Hot and Delicious! Thank you to all the staff who are working the morning shift today for rockin out! I know it’s not always easy but great customer service goes a long way :) Stay great.

Had the cookie dough thing, OMG awesome

My last visit, it took forever to get an ice cream. I thought maybe it was just a bad night. Went back tonight and the African American lady with long hair at the window was extremely rude over the speaker and at the window. When at the window, she didn't say anything, just took the money. Didn't even give me my change. It was coins so not a huge deal but her attitude was a big deal. I said thank you multiple times, nothing. No have a good night, you're welcome... Absolutely nothing. Short and rude. The small Caucasian lady who brought the ice cream, didn't say you're welcome either or have a good night. It's fast food so I do not expect a lot, but I do expect simple customer service. A "you're welcome "or a positive attitude can go a long way and anyone who acts like that should not be in the restaurant industry at all.

Fast service but food was cold.

Always love sonic. Food was fresh, hot, and great. The pretzel was amazing.
