Terrible customer service. Ordered my meal the guy was giving notifcation that he understood what I wanted. Then some dude named Tyler gets on the mic and starts off by saying, "First off, I told you he was in training and you threw the order on him way too quick, so now were gonna have to restart." Extreme atttude. He kept throwing blame on me when I ordered in a very clear and simple way. His tone was incredibly fake and high pitched. Tyler does not need to be in Customer Service cause he thinks he always right

Food was not made to order. Most item adjustments were ignored. Will scrape onions off burger so they still taste like onion

This location was on point! Food was fresh and cooked just right, order was correct, and carhop was friendly!

They have great food and are very friendly and service is fast.

They are getting to expensive prices change Everytime you go out there things are not very good anymore

This sonic is getting to be the WORST Sonic I have EVER been to. Got an order to take home. Made it home to discover they left off a foot long steak AND EVERY onion ring was burnt. Drove back and asked to speak to manager and a young guy comes out. When I showed him the onion rings he replied, yes they are all coming out of the machine like that. THEN WHY SELL THEM OR AT LEAST WARN PEOPLE. Don't assume everyone is ok with burnt onion rings. After much time and being put out, I received a refund. #worstsonicever

Quick, reasonably priced, kids love the food

Our order was prepared correctly, quickly. The server was friendly, and gave us everything we needed.

I typically do not have an issue with this location as I work nearby, and frequent this location for breakfast, and their breakfast, and breakfast staff are wonderful. Decided to try them for lunch today. Nope. Not again. Staff was great, I'll give them that, but I ordered the Biggie Cheese, and the meat was WAY over seasoned, and the bread was bad stale. Could not finish the sandwich it was so bad, and I'm a guy who likes his food. Lol. So, for me to not finish something is a pretty good sign of how bad it was. I will probably continue to frequent this location for breakfast, but lunch? I'll find somewhere else, and I would recommend you do the same.

My experience was very poor. My two coneys where over cooked the bread was not fresh and my drinks were not made the way I ordered and there was hardly any ice in all 3 large drinks. We have always enjoyed sonic but we will not stop at the one on col.Glen and I 430 in little rock Arkansas any more!

The best Sonic in Little Rock. Always friendly crew and the food is fresh and good.
