First: very long wait to get order put in. Second:outta onion rings. Third: ran outta root beer. Fourth: waited 20 min for food to arrive, to find the burger overcooked n dried out. Note** only 2 in the drive through, and 3 in the pull in, not counting the one I seen leave for waiting to long with no response. Not cool sonic. This is 3rd time I've been with horrible experience at this location. The ones I seen from the window, were chatting about something for a good bit.

This is the only Sonic location in town that has never screwed up my order. It's also faster than most and the food is always good. Plus shakes!

I used the app to order ahead of time. I checked in a bit early, but they were fast. The carhop that brought out our order wasn't very friendly at all. As soon as she walked up I almost felt the need to apologise for being an inconvenience to her. Also, our corn dog was kind of smashed and had grate marks on it like it had been sitting on a tray or something for a little while. The drinks were okay, I guess. It was just okay. Nothing to get excited about.

I had been moving and stopped by to grab some food for the guys I had helping, and upon arriving back to the house we realized they had forgotten some of my order! They were super busy, as they usually are, and figured it was probably just an over sight. I called them up and they assured me they would get me took care of, and true to there word when I came back they had me all bagged up and ready to go, Thanks a lot guys!

Overcharged and completely dismissed when asked when they were making fresh tea since it was sour and told they wouldn't be although it was only 4p. Very sad to say the least especially since they went to 24 hrs you would think they would have tea.. Offered coke as an alternative and there was no sugar in the line just overall disappointing.. Manager offered to replace the meal but still doesn't fix the overcharge and terrible experience...😢🤔🙄👎

Hit or miss. Some days they’re quick and others it takes forever even when they aren’t busy. Today my cheeseburger came with an undersized bottom bun that was freezer burned.

VERY POORLY RUN! First of all we had to wait 25 minutes before our order was taken. Took Diamond 5 minutes to get the order right. Then another 27 minutes to get our food! We got a melted milkshake, cold tater tots, a sloppy burger, burnt bacon, reused burger wrapper and a LOT of onions when I asked, 3 times, for very light onions and mustard. But the hot dog was hot! When our food was delivered we asked for a drink carrier and was told sarcastically it will be minute for her to bring it back out! Also the entire time we was waiting there were at least 4 vehicles that waited in drive through and was honking to place a order. Several left. They were NOT that busy. There were 3 other cars in stalls and 2 in drive through when we arrived.

As a cook on third shift at this location I'd like to thank all of the customers whom spend your hard earned money with us. If not for the community that we live in and the people that we live close to, then surely I wouldn't have this job. Customer service is my main priority, are there days where I'm like"ugggh"of course. I'm only human, but I love to send the customer on their way with what they ordered and fresh. If I wouldn't eat it I don't serve it's as simple that. Thank you all for your patience and understanding as we're trying to provide you with the best service possible.

If there was an option for 0 stars , that is what I would be rating this location. Literally only ordered a Drink and some Mozzarella sticks , waited for 35 minutes!! 35 minutes!! I would of left if I had not already prepaid. If it takes you that long to make a drink and fry up some sticks , your are in dire need of a new job. NEVER going to this location again. Get ready to wait 10 years for two of the easiest things on the Menu.

Slow. Constantly gets your order wrong and if they manage to get it right it's cold and never fresh. I can't remember the last time my tater tots weren't stale like they'd been sitting for an hour. Even if you order through the app they'll still make you wait half an hour for your order. The worst one around. Avoid it if at all possible.
