Sonic Drive-In

They mess up my food, I called it and spoke to Justin the manager. He said to go in at my earliest convenience either the same day or the next and get my correct order. So when I go the next day somehow they no longer have a manager ... and Justin is no longer working there. This is poor business. Don't promise things you're not going to go thru with. They have poor leadership skills.

It's obvious that the workers were not properly trained from management on down.they weren't rude or anything but when it during the middle of the day( lunch,) you want to put your experience at the drive thru to get you lunch rush through. My order was all jacked up but I didn't get upset my patience stretches pretty long. They finally got everything right food was good it was just the preparation process.

Could have been faster service. There was only 3 other cars there. But it took 15mins to get my food and then the server was short tempered with us. My family and I will not be returning if I have say so on the matter!!! They also had the PhillyCheese st

They gave me fresh hot food. Service was speedy. Very good fries.

Every time I go....the wait gets longer and longer. Like I dont understand why this "sonic" location service is a ridiculous wait. But the food n drinks are great!

Horrible staff, they messed up my orders and charged me twice 6 times out of 8. When I told them they didn't even care and pretty much kicked me out of the place

Food and Service Great. But, please if you are looking for a quick cheap place to eat ...I don't suggest only because of prices.

Live a Rt 44 lemonade slushy with real strawberry! And the ice!!! OMG!! The ice is amazing!

So the employees are polite and friendly. Problem was the product was not as normally prepared. I ordered a burger with extras but didn't want catsup or mustard. I drove off with out checking the order. When I got around to eating, I found the sandwich had both catsup and mustard. Can't eat that so I called back. The manager answered the phone apologized for the order and offered a replacement. I like a place that stands by the product.

This Sonic has decent food, in line with what you'd expect from a Sonic. As I've experienced, the best part about this location is the customer service. If there is an issue, the team is quite responsive and willing to correct errors with usually a quite friendly and helpful approach to their service.

Great service good food

Order was wrong. Asked to get it fixed. Waited 10 mins... Nothing. Go through the drive through and re explain how it was incorrect. Fixed it finally. Took 30 mins to get the right order. Workers were rude. Food wasn't even fresh. Will not return and will not recommend.
