Sonic Drive-In

Commercials are hilarious! First time at a Sonic. Not much in the way of vegan or salad eaters but cool atmosphere and the service was great. A+

I waited way too long in the drive thru and wasn’t offered a discount or free meal or anything. Very disappointed. They need new staff immediately.

Sat at the drive thru speaker for a good 5 minutes before anyone came on. They then said to take a look at the menu and they would be back to help in a minute. After i placed my order i waited another minute just for the total. Pulled up to the window and waited another 5 minutes. Then they asked what i had ordered. Another few minutes and i finally got my food. I get they're probably understaffed and it was quite busy at the time but they could at least greet their customers when they pull up. Food was good despite the subpar service.

The wait was super long. Milkshake was gritty. Not an awesome experience.

Worst sonic ever! Been to this location a few times. They always either mess up our order, don't accept their own coupons or like today I go to sonic at around 6pm (close at 10 today) and am told the stalls are closed and I'd have to do drivetbrough, I don't want to do drive through!! To make it worse the guy in the stall next to us that pressed the button to order his food a few minutes before us got his food brought out to him. This location needs some serious help with managing their irresponsible childish employees that refuse to walk out to my car as their job demands.

Specifically ordered onion rings and got tater tots instead. Ask for honey mustard sauce didn't get any. once everything was settled drove away and realize they never gave my credit card back. Would mail it because I couldn't prove who I was. Had to drive 20 min back for it. Waste of time waste of money.

My corn dog was on the scrawny side, and my onion ring was naked. The cookie dough blast and Reese's blast was awesome. It hit the spot!! They were being stingy with the ketchup and napkins. Overall it was yummy, and I will come back.

Easy ordering. Cheap place to eat for families!

Rude staff at the drive thru window. Waited like a half hour and there was no one in front of me. They didn’t even acknowledge that I was there at the speaker for a long time. They didn’t apologize for ignoring me. I feel very disrespected. Don’t go here!

The Ice cream was freezer burnt. Onion rings had a sweet batter. Chilli cheese tots and burger were ok. I don’t blame the employees. It’s Sonics recipes. I see all the hype on the commercials and was excited to try it out, only to be disappointed. It was like getting a beautifully decorated package, opening it up and getting a toaster from Dollar General.

My family and I always enjoy a drive to Sonic for something a bit different and tasty.

Fast service and our whole order was perfect! We will come here again. The car hop was very kind and courteous!

Long wait. Was completely treated like garbage. They were unfriendly to me at the drive thru window. They ignored me for a while before taking my order at the drive thru speaker and didn’t apologize or anything. Never go here!

Short staffed took forever to Get 4 Slushes Very unprofessional and we tipped the car Hop 5 Dollars who wasn’t very appreciated will not go back again
