Great food, even better service. I recieved my entire meal within minutes after ordering. Everything was exactly the way i had ordered it. And they never forget to not put the cliched sonic peppermint in my order. I will say that the only improvement would be to modernize the peppermint deal, either give us something similar to fortune cookies or just put a single Listerine fresh breath strip in the bag.

Food was good as usual, but the service really stunk this afternoon. They weren't busy at all but took forever. Then my order was wrong.

I have to laugh about this. Got my order wrong 3 times in a row on 3 separate occasions. First time I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and got no bacon. I let it slide because it happens. Same exact thing the second time plus burned onion rings, I called and explained the situation and they told me to come in for a free combo. Went for my combo, ordered the same thing and for the 3rd time, no bacon. Onion rings were fine, but my drink was wrong this time. I give up.Edit: I've gone back a few times since and they have been better. Orders have been coming out correctly. Upping the rating.

If there was a 0 star I would have put that, I have never seen worse customer service and just plain disrespect in my life .my friends and I ordered ice cream and waited over 20 min. So we had to go around to the drive through window just for them to say the machine was stuck and wasn't working.so we waited got the order just to the have the window slammed in our face! I couldn't believe that! Me and my friends plus our office and patients will never be returning to this sonic! shame on you!

Great service. I wish their app worked better with checking in as I've personally experienced having to call in about my order 3x now however, they always know what to do and fix it. Went today and the carhop Andrew was very sweet and had excellent service.

All I wanted was a cherry limeaid slush. What I got was a lemonade with hardly any cherry in it . It was awful.

Inconsistent on their cherry limeade. Sometimes you get a cherry, sometimes you get several, while other times you get none. Prices are quite high for fast food.

Earlier this summer I ordered shakes for my family. The shakes had a gritty texture that was really unappetizing. You could almost chew it. Last week my wife went to the same location and ordered some shakes again and they had the same problem. I called and talked to an employee who said the manager must have forgotten to clean the shake machine last week. They call the grittiness butterballs. He said I could come back later in the week and they should have it cleaned. I wonder what else they forget to clean at this location. Won't be returning.
