I ordered 24 honey bbq wings from here and took it home to share it with my girl friend. We can't stand any heat so we like the honey bbq. But when I got home I found out that we weren't given that flavor. We were given Asian sweet chili. I've ordered things from here before and every time they always not give or mess up something. It's like they do not read the tickets correctly and/or do not care enough.

The Dr.pepper was good, the onion rings with my chicken tenders was good, but my chicken and fries and toast tasted like there were heated up a couple of times!

I was disappointed in how the Sonic in Ruston looked, dirty and not maintained. Service was extremely slow and yet the person who helped us was polite while other servers appeared to believe it was a place to hang with friends vice a place of employment.

We ordered the fish sandwich combo.It was dry overcooked and tough. The meat was so over cooked that it had a bitter taste We will never order that combo again. We were too far and too tired to go back and demand a refund. $15.39 worth of inedible food.🤮🤮

Fastest Sonic I have ever been to. The girl couldn't really hear us, but brought the food very quickly once she came out to get the order. We're talking less than 5 minutes to get the food!

The staff and food were fine but they have a serious equipment issues. The order taker had to come outside because she couldn't hear me even though I was basically yelling into the machine. She didn't bring a notepad so she had to keep asking me through the machine when she went back in and of course couldn't hear me. The vehicle next to me was having the same issue.
