Ordered 2 meals.both completely wrong. Called asked for manager, extremely dismissive. Asked for the owner,Bob,he dont do nothing but own the franchise. I explained the food was wrong both sandwiches, the tots were the wrong size,and the beef patties were at leastc1 hour old dark brown throughout. No resolurion but i got a I am sorry. Never again. I did ask for owner and got his name as Bob, told he does nothing but own franchise. Sir I am a 55 yr old Respiratory Therapist, you need better managers

Got a Reese's Blast and it was good. Maybe it depends on how busy they are to bring food out quickly. I did have to wait about 3 minutes to let someone take my order, but it was no big deal to me.

Shake that really good. I did not care for the onion rings. They treat like they were cooked in ice cream. To sweet with an after taste.

Don’t go to this sonic if you want your food to be right. They a horrible about cramming the bags full and then bring it out and reading everything off to you like they checked it and when you get home it’s not right. Things missing even wrong sandwiches. Absolutely the worst sonic. Managers when called out not sorry and always give an excuse

Ordered a single order after 8 minutes it showed on order-screen said order was on way, so I waited 5 minutes more still nothing. Then I press the order button again the girl has me to hold then comes out to my truck to ask me again what I ordered . Once I told her again after beining there 20 minutes already she goes back in and 3 minutes later comes back out to say there maken it now . I decided to leave after the VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I'll never stop at that Sonic again off Broadway in halls.

Love this Halls location! It is 1 of the only 2 that my family will visit in knoxville! The GM is amazing and the staff are super nice!

Only dropped in for happy hour and had an awesome frozen lemonade! Pretty cool feature they now have is you can order ahead using their free app and drinks are always happy hour priced !

Food is always fresh & hot. Prices are great on "specials" & happy hour cold drinks, although as with most fast food anymore, the other menu items are over-priced for what they are.
