Sonic Drive-In

I normally go to this location. Service is somewhat slow, but the order is correct. I took a break from this location when I saw an employee glueing eyelashes on someone else in a car. Then the employee went inside and came right out eating a hot dog. I started going to the location on Whittlesey, which was great. I decided to give Manchester another chance since they are closer, but when I let my window down to get my order, all I smelled was cigarette smoke. The server smelled like smoke, and the smell got on our hands from the cup.

I ordered a simple shake and it took 20 minutes for them to make it when it wasn't even busy. They only made it when I confronted them at the employee entrance, in which they responded by making my shake in only 2 or 3 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous for a fast food chain to take 20 minutes on something that only takes 3 minutes to make

SO SLOW 🙄 She didn’t listen to half of what we said & then they took forever at the drive through. yes don’t understand why it’s so hard to be efficient. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Definitely never coming to this one again.

First time going to this Sonic but it was a very nice experience. Twice in 1 day; the first time ordering was a breeze, no wait at all when ordering and my order came out in less than 1 minute. Amber was very professional. Second time was a breeze as well but it was a little wait. I did order more but the food was fresh and hot. I will definitely go back to this location even though it's a little far from home; service always trumps location.

Very slow and rude. Terrible customer service. The last time we went there we ordered two chocolate milkshakes and it was over $12. They did not ask us if we wanted the biggest most expensive ones they just gave them to us and expected us to pay. We paid. And we never went back again.

I did like using the app to order. My order was incorrect. Paid for bacon but there was none on my order. It was too cold to go back after I was home.

Terrible service, when they finally answered after pushing the button three times I placed my order it took forever. There were two male employees standing outside at the back by the restrooms they were smoking and a girl applying for a job there was talking to them and the whole time patting her head, another employee came and stood there talking and laughing, meanwhile I am in my car choking from the smoke. I had my windows up and ac on it was coming in my car. I had to move as soon as I received my food. The tater tots were over cooked, the “cheeseburger” didn’t have any cheese, I asked for no onions, it had onions, no napkins. I left after two bites of the food. Very unprofessional. Service has dropped unbelievable since my last visit. Will not be going back after what I saw. The employees looked very dirty. No Thanks!

I'm not a fan of Sonics. But the one on Manchester Expressway truly set the bar high. The staff was wonderful. Very friendly.

They must be related to McDonald's because the ice cream machine is always down. Now that I think about it, I dont think they have one. I feel like this the poorest Sonic in Columbus.

Used the app to order. It was fast, easy, and they called me by name which gave a really nice personal touch. Will be back again whenever I need a quick bite or slushie.
