Waited 10 minutes after pressing button just to have someone ask me to wait a minute. 10 minutes later, they finally take my order in which I had to repeat three times for the reason that he kept getting my order wrong. I mean, how hard is 4 corndogs, a large mozzarella stick and two pretzel twist? Then they openly request a cash tip....

Every time I come here I'm always so disappointed with their customer service. And timely service. I once waited over 20 minutes on 3 drinks! I get food needs to be cooked, but c'mon. 20 minutes for 3 drinks. That's just absurd.

Love the food there. Always nice, hot and delicious. The prices aren’t bad either.

I just love it. It satisfies me.

*THE BLIND LEADING THE BLIND *Lady that took my order over intercom was polite. Drove up to window, looked inside worker inside smoking a cigarette and his pants were hanging off his but completely. He came to window to collect my money. When he saw the puzzled look on my face he said " don't worry I'm ABOUT to go on break ". That let's me know he knew he was wrong because he responded in defense before I said anything . This location needs a complete inside and outside overhaul . Someone from corporate headquarters with an impeccable work ethic needs to come here and train these derelicts, and teach them how to represent the Sonic brand the correct way. Not with attitude , or poor qualty of food service, or unenthusiastic unattentive employees, . I gave second star because girl on mic that took my order was courteous and drinks were good.

Pickle slushy is amazing. I'd like to see the Chicago dog come back. The workers were fast and kind. The microphones on the order board need some help. Sonic needs to be opened in Appomattox VA too.

The last 4 times that I've been there, they have been rude. For example, after each item I ordered her tone asking "are you done" was rude and then the last time (today) when I pulled up she greeted me, I said "need a few moments please" then she said "I need you to hold on" Her tone wasn't the greatest either. After a few min I asked if she was ready for me, no answer. So I waited there for 5 min before I drove off. I waited until her line was down and only one car in front of me at the window. Will avoid this location at all costs now.

Only giving it a 4 cause on my last visit I ordered the chicken sandwich and ended up with a number 3. Other then that they are usually spot on and meat is cooked well. Also fries are actually good.

I love coming here every morning...Tiffany is one best workers there she's always getting everything just right...And with her kindness she makes you want to come back for more...I always get Cinnamon pretzel and a route 44 sweet tea in the mornings....Thank you Tiffany for always doing the best on your job...I wish more people were like you...God bless

Second time visiting this location slightly disappointed this time around. Talked my husband into going since it had been a while, he got burned out on Sonic from back home. When we pulled into the first stall, it wasn't working and no one came out to even tell us or at least put an "out of order" sign. Once we figured out the stall wasn't operational, we went to the drive thru, the girl taking orders was a little slow but that's fine. Food wasn't cooked fresh, in fact it was almost cold, except the cheddar peppers and his chili dogs were a pitiful, Sad excuse for chili cheese coneys.

Best Sonic Ever! Super fast! Great service and Savannah was awesome!

I ordered two hamburgers, French fries, and onion rings. The burgers were amazing, but the French fries and onion rings were not the best. The French fries tasted dirty and the onion rings tasted like ice cream. It seemed like the onion rings were being deep fried in the same grease as ice cream. If you are looking for good burgers, then this is the place to go to. If you were looking for a french fries or onion rings, then I recommend somewhere else. Especially if you are looking for onion rings.

Alway great service. Best breakfast sandwich. The lady's that work there are super nice
