This location Wynnton rd has the worst customer Service. Attitudes are sarcastic and rude. They make you feel like you are bothering them. I blame this on whoever is hiring and training. I noticed some 5 ratings. They must be from employees or employee family members.

It was ok, the only thing I did not like is that you could not split the bill up with cash and credit card. You pay all with cash or all with the credit card

I had three orders an they all came out fast . this place is awesome

I love Sonic but was very disappointed with this location. We pulled up with 2 other cars already there. We pushed the button to order & waited quite awhile before I checked the time. We waited 10 minutes & did not receive any acknowledgement that we were even there. The screen read that the red button had been activated & would be with us soon. After 10+ minutes we left and drove across the street to Wendy’s where we received excellent, friendly & prompt service.

The food was fresh and hot. It didn't take long to come out.

My first visit there was nice

Awful service. Press the red button and wait,.....7 minutes. Finally got my order through but didn't put order in screen so I could pay. Drove off 10 mins. Later while employees are outside at the tables.Update. tried again 12/21/19 still can't get food here. Management needs to clean up these employees

My mom loves the ice from sonic and orders the racer cups full of it whenever she needs an ice fix. I love the foot long chili dogs!! Sercive is always fast and they have the nicest people working there!!

Horrible customer service. They do not care about anything here. It is slow as Christmas and I can't stress this enough. I've been coming here since it was built and they have never been fast, EVER!!! 5 mins for a simple soda, all the time, even with nobody else there at all!!! It is the most horribly ran business I have ever seen.

We went to the drive through and no one answered. We drove around and one employee was laying on the counter texting on her phone. She never came to the window. We pulled into a stall. After ordering, we waited 20 minutes before leaving without any food.

we got shakes and a grill cheese. the kids loved it but it took forever. but every sonic I've been to takes forever. lol

No bacon for the bacon double cheeseburger, no strawberry for the strawberry limeade. Took way to long trying to order my stuff from the take out. I know why now this area is empty.

Depending on the day.. you might hear a quick attitude.. but I love happy hour! 😂

One of our favorite drive ins and we like the one on Wynnton Rd...closest to home. Foot- long Hot Dog my favorite. Speedy service.
