Sonic Drive-In

Rarely are they ever pleasant or quick. I've seen workers argue with each other and customers. It's not much worse than your average Sonic, but it's certainly not the best one.

Pretty typical Sonic. Relatively quick to get food and the staff does a good job delivering correct and well prepared orders. I'd recommend this Sonic over others in the area because it is easy to access.

I came in tonight at about 9:30 pm. Sat in the little stall thing for about half an hour after pressing the button to put in our order. About 25 minutes into getting there 2 other cars came in and parked on either side of us. We heard the car to our left put in their order 5 minutes later. Thinking maybe the kiosk we were at was broken we moved to another stall and tried again. After about 10 minutes someone started to take our order and then quit responding to us one sentence in. We waited another 5 minutes and saw the woman next to us flag down someone who was delivering an order to someone else. We heard her complain that she had been there over half an hour, had paid for her meal 20 minutes before, and it still hadn’t been delivered.

I love sonic, but the managment at this specific location is completely unprofessional and appallingly rude. They do not understand the meaning customer service what so ever. This particular individual shouldn't have even been given a management opportunity.

Good food, reasonable prices other than their shakes and blasts yhey are a little expensive otherwise i woukd have given 5 stars. The employees are polite and professional. Haven't had a screwed up order yet.

Forgot the add on to my order but service was good and they were very friendly.

Friend and I ordered the Brown bag combo and up sized fries/ tots and drinks to large. Asked for no pickles and mustard with extra onions and mayo. They got burgers wrong. Let them know and second burgers were "COLD" ! Let them know and said we wanted a refund. Manager himself said he would personally make our burgers and give us new fries/tots plus refund our money. I guess the 3rd time is a charm because he made everything fresh off the grill.

Loved my food but took forever to get it

Since Dairy Queen has closed, these are the best milkshakes around.

Octavis is always in a bad mood to my brother and me every single time we come here. We try to take our orders and he constantly is annoyed with us just trying to get togethers everyone’s orders. I would think that’s his job. I believe if he gets annoyed with customers and then just stops trying to take our Orders and starts to ignore us is ridiculous and how does he work with other customers. I hate coming to this sonic. I had to get out the car and knock and speak to him to get the order taken.

This was my first visit here, but definitely not the last! Alexis (forgive the possible misspelling) was incredible. She's new, but she has the best customer service. Super friendly and helpful. Good luck, Alexis, you're gonna do great!

Shake are watery & barely any favor to them & if you order vanilla had like snicker you barely get anything in it or same with pecans. You have ask for spoons when order shake like that because it doesnt suck thru straw but they dont think of it. Food use to be good but now they have lazy girls thats ruded & careless if return. There was few workers laat summer 2016 that fixed anything you wanted to your liking now they tell you they dont have it or do it. Like if ask for snickers shake they dont sell that so you have tell them add snicker to vanilla then barely a small amount in it. Think they save the favoring to fix their on shake or there scared they gonna run out & they might have to stock up their items they keep out to put in shakes. Half price barely worth your money for shakes unless like vanilla. That might be just late at night through cause thats usely when we go.

Awesome service with a smile but need more staff long wait after 8pm

This is the only sonic I will eat at. The milkshakes are perfect. I can actually drink it through a straw. Lol! The service by the employees are outstanding. U guys have a customer for life. Thank u!!
