This Sonic Doesn't get alot of Things Right !! I just ordered a #1 with Mustard and Only got Cheese on it . With a Mustard Sticker on it !! GRRR

I always have a wonderful experience here. The food comes out hot and the drinks are cold. The vast majority of the time I visit is via the drive-thru.

Messed up our order, got there during happy hour, ordered 2 carhop classic deals and 2 drinks. Brought us the drinks and sandwiches only, no tots. They had to refund the 1st transaction and ring it up correctly. The difference should have been 50 cents plus tax, but when they re-rang the transaction it was after 4 and they wanted me to pay over $3 difference since happy hour was over. Finally got it right after 20 minutes. The tots were undercooked tho. Poor quality food and poor customer service.

Usually pretty good. But, the last time I used the drive through, I got stuck between cars and sat for almost 25 minutes waiting for my order. Then,they got the order wrong! 😡No apology, no offers. Nothin'!Fortunately, there are other food choices in the area.Even after posting this review, no response from management. Sad, because Sonic was my favorite. ☹

Reasonably good fast food. The potato based fried foods tend to be greasier than I like. Many times it is over salted.

This is the worst sonic in the history of sonic. I live just a few blocks away but drive nearly 20 miles across town to the other sonic. It is routinely out of ice cream. The parking lot is riddled with enormous pot holes. The staff is rude and generally incompetent. If this is a franchise it should have its charter revoked.

As with most Sonics, food is great but service is lacking. More often than not when you order, its wrong & the wait is terrible. However, food is amazing so I still go there. My Son dreads going there as when we leave, I am usually in a bad mood from the experience! Just the other day at this location, we ordered 3 shakes. We made a small change before placing the final order. Attendant repeated it back wrong. We corrected her & thought 5 all was well. However, given history we all took bets the small change would mess up the order. Correct we were! Not surprised. Shakes were of course great & prices are reasonable though....just dont expect good service but do expect a happy belly!

Very fast service! Also quick to bring out ketchup when we forgot to ask for it the first time.

Very disappointed in today's visit. Big confusion on order wasn't charged right. Phillycheese steak was a big let down. Cheese on the side instead of in it.
