Extremely disappointed! I’m visiting from out of state and was very excited to try Sonic for the first time, but I will NEVER be coming back! Paid almost $10 for chicken that looks and tastes like it was just warmed up in the microwave! Completely awful! If I wanted microwave chicken I would have gone to the store and paid way less money! Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star.

My order took 20 mins to come out and the server was very rude. She didn't greet us or smile. My child's milkshake was soupy, so I gave it back. She came back with the same one, handed it to me and walked off with no apology or anything. I will never go there again. Service was horrible.

They're honestly hit or miss. Sometimes they listen to your order and do exactly what you want, other times not so much 🤷🏽‍♂️

Yes they definitely have bad service I called a manager to get my order replace he took my name and said to come back up there when I went back up there and ask for a manager the manager never came out only thing came out was my new order of food but not the manager I hate that place they real horrible they need to replace the whole store......
