Always great food. Orders have always been accurate.

They’re lucky that they are getting 1 Star. Ice cream machine is ALWAYS down and the employees are rude about it.

Went threw the drive threw. Hubbys tater tots tasted like they microwaved or stemmed them, luck warm and soft not crunchy at all. Took a bite out of my chilly cheese fries, same they were luke warm, disgusting. It has been almost a year since we stop and had a meal there. We will not be returning..🤢🤮

Half price milkshakes during the summer is a wonderful idea. Just wish they would bring back pineapple milkshake. That’s the only flavor I would get and they stopped making them. But plenty of good choices left on their menu

When you are craving Anything from Sonic, then the only place you want to go to get it is Sonic. This is the most degrading Sonic that I have experienced in the franchises extension of Sonics name. The Owner, General Manager, and Store Managers are a disgrace to the respect for their fellow community and theirselves.I have had my last disappointment at this specific location and will be doing everything in my power to make sure that there is either a permanent change in the next few months or they are taken back over by corporate.

Ordered reese's blast and cookie dough blast. The cookie dough blast was just straight vanilla icecream with cookie dough on top and they gave us a butterfinger instead of a reese's blast not to mention they gave us the wrong size and over filled them so it was messy

Great customer service. Unfortunately the very littered and unkept parking area and exterior of building make me hesitant to return any time soon.

They get my food wrong every single time! And today my burger was more than charred.

Waited 30 min no one ever came back on to take order after letting us now would be few min.

I experienced a number of upsetting events at this restaurant. First off, the lady taking our order wasn't listening or responding. We had to repeat our order three times and it still didn't come out right. They were "all out of medium and small lids" and we ordered a lemon water, and they forgot the lemon. When they went in to get it, they realized they had no lemon (which is understandable but still). On top of this! Employees were shouting at each other and "fighting" in the parking lot. One drove extremely unsafely out of the lot. Another employee was trying to impress me by crushing an unused cup on his head and throwing it in the parking lot before slamming his head on the door to go inside.

Very slow service. Went thru the drive thru.they forgot we was wanting to order.Took 1/2 hr.

I recently got food at the Union Sonic and it was a great experience. I was ordering for 7 people with several special requests. The staff got the order exactly right and was actually pretty speedy. I had my impatient😄nonverbal son with me so I was uneasy about what I was in for. I was pleasantly surprised at the service...especially considering these difficult times dealing with Covid. Thank you guys...it was delicious! ☺

Cashier at drive thru had no idea what the store had on the menu and no understanding of advertised promotions. It took 12 minutes at the drive thru sogn to get my small order straight. SERIOUSLY!
