Ordering inside feels like I'm getting a brain aneurysm

I’m at drive Thur now 2:51 guy at window playing with phone dropped another customers cup on floor and use it anyways? Slow service also.went today 3/16/20 girl at window with glasses very unfriendly never said hello let also welcome to sonic never said thank you gave dirty look when I ask for catsup and didn’t say a word! What’s wrong with theses young people today!

Worst restaurant I have been to. Customer service was awful! Went inside so we enjoy a meal, and it was everything but enjoyable! The bathroom was disgusting. It looked like it had not been cleaned in at least a year the walls were covered in god knows what the floor was gross, and the sink had hair in it and was dirty. Then the food was old and flavorless. My mozzarella sticks were rock hard, and fries were soggy. The burgers were a mess looked like they were just thrown together. Overall this was an awful experience! If your thinking about stopping in for a bite I suggest you run like the wind and try one of the many other different quick bites around. Hope management see this and makes some real changes!

I waited in line for 15 minutes. But the food was super hot.

Extra long wait time with only 1 customer in the place and cashiers were talking about personal issues while we were waiting to place our orders. Customer service was terrible!

Great location and very friendly staff.

Ordered the Classic Crispy Chicken sandwich on a brioche bun. It was literally the same thing as eating a $1 McChicken for $8. LOL wont ever do that again!

Went there last Friday. First time. Worst experience. 1 person walking around with a cup, and the other girl just staring at the deep fryers and us but never said a word. After 5 minutes of not being acknowledge d we walked out.

The car dogs were warm this time but for the 2nd time, the tots were cold.

It is a problem for white ppl to try to order food because the guy was irritated we were ordering more than one thing! Ordering kids corndog was painful for this guy he was so irritated when we ordered a chocolate milk and said we dont sell chocolate milk (with irritation in his voice)only white ... then we tried to order 2 more meals and it was so hard ... almost everything we tried to order they didnt have we said Forget it and left!

Really good experience and we were in and out fast

Everytime we go here, food items are missing. The food quality isn't good, had a frozen cherry limeaid slush. The lime is supposed to be fresh but had the taste/smell of when limes get moldy, bitter any yucky. This Sonic has potential, if they'd keep food fresh and hire better cooks.

Had lunch here today. Bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a frozen lemonade...everything was SPOT ON! I am so freaking excited that Sonic is finally here!!! I might be coming back too often. They are super sweet and the food was great. Thanks Sonic!!

This sonic is always great! Everything always fresh, and good service. I offen just for the shakes and slushies. They'll bring it right out to while I'm waiting in the drive thru with people waiting ahead of me. (For food obviously.)Even in the dead of winter, that's what you call service!
