Sonic Drive-In

Our first AND LAST time at a Sonic. Gal taking our order was rude and unfamiliar with the menu.Grease is old and made food taste bad. 5 piece chicken dinner included 3 okay sized pieces and 2 pieces the size of my thumb nail, but there were 5. Paid extra for onion rings, received tots and 1 onion ring. None of which were eaten (burnt grease).Normally, we would call to let the business remedy this, but there are too many things wrong the management should be aware of and ignores, so a warning to others is more appropriate. Paid too much for below par food.

Their food is very expensive considering the price.

The food here is great if you're look for a quick bite of all-american style food. I was extremely happy and excited to see they added the Frito chilli wrap back on the menu as it's one of my personal favorites. The app experience is awesome. Being able to order ahead and pick up at a stall and 24/7 half price drinks is an awesome benefit.

Food was good, but they forgot 2 hotdogs, my son wasn't happy.

Always slow, they only seem to have 2 people working at a time. Sat at the drive through window for 10 min and had to park in the stalls before someone took our order. I'd rather go to McDonald's across the street and deal with the chance that their ice cream machine is broken.

Used the Sonic app to save some time during my lunch break. The app crashed but I was able to receive my food. When I got back to work after I was half way through eating my meal found out I payed extra for a number 2 combo and recieved a number 1. I ordered a number 2 combo but I did not have time to correct the issue and I was already half way through the meal. This has happened quite a few times at this location.

Good variety of burgers, chicken, floats and shakes.

This place was a huge joke!! Me and my family went on Sunday afternoon to order a couple of shakes after we ordered and had already paid the guy came out and said that they were out of ice cream. we then just ask for a refund with the receipt to show that we were refunded and waited about 20 minutes for them to bring us a receipt that just said the on hand written word"refund" on it. We were not offered any free drinks or given any free coupons this was a huge waste of our time please do not go.

The service was horrible the last 2 times I went but I do like the limited edition garlic burger but after the last time I went I told myself the burger isn't worth the trouble

The chicken sandwich ordered was pure RAW. DO NOT EAT HERE! we called the manager Joshua on duty to tell him that my daughter's Chicken Sandwich was raw. He admitted he saw the chicken sandwich when my daughter returned it. She threw up so much that evening. Its a horrible thing especially of food poisoning!!! I was told the Owner was going to call us when he goes to his restaurant and its been over 24 hrs and we have not received a phone call from Richard, owner of Sonic #3528. We were told Joshua is going to complete paperwork on insurance claims and we should receive a call from the owner. BAD BUSINESS and should be shut down by Health Inspectors for serving RAW chicken!!! So GROSS! I wishbI can upload the picture. It will make you throw up.

The sonic green Chile cheeseburger is always awesome Especially the one at guisarde in Glendale they are always good there and the service is excellent

Food was beyond subpar. I will never go back, everything was very old, lettuce, tomatoes, cherries all wilted. Cherries actually were moldy, we tossed our drinks.
