Slow service food was aight not mich to report

I wanted to give 5 stars but the app ordering and pick up could use a little work. On the plus side this location does make a mean blackberry sprite

Every time I go to this sonic it never fails, it takes way longer then necessary. I’ve been in Laramie for five years and it’s been slow from the time I got here until now. Which is unfortunate because sonic was a favorite fast food place of mine before moving here. But if you have 30 minutes to kill this is the perfect way to do that!

I try not to give a negative impression but I had ordered the #1 and it was the driest hamburger I have had in a long time. I ordered my kids the kids chicken strips. They were moist and delicious, although there were only 2 4" strips. The sonic fries I would maybe give 2 stars. I gave the 3rd star because the chick strips were moist and had a good flavor.

I will not 'ever' go to this place again! They are so understaffed that the wait is absolutely horrible! The price is too high for the amount of food as well. The food is good, don't get me wrong there, but totally the 'slowest' restaurant in Laramie!

When we arrived we were looking for milkshakes and their icecream machine was down. Then i ordered a sonic cheeseburger and teo chilli cheese dogs. When they came back out they brought two footlong chillidogs. We would have said footlongs if we wanted them to be footlongs. In addition they added mozzarella sticks on the order which we didn't order. First thing wrong was the icecream, then they screwed our order up twice and overcharged us, finally last but not least they had bad customer service. I dont know if thats because they're stupid or if were being rude.

I sat in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes and no one was there to take my order. It was slow and an employee was smoking a cigarette outside. I’ve never ate at Sonic before and was looking forward to it. This was by far the worse drive-thru experience I have had. It was at 8:30pm today and I sat there til 8:40. I don’t ever plan to go there again!!

We ordered mozzarella sticks and two shakes. No marinara sauce with the mozzarella sticks. Went in and waited for a few minutes before getting anyone's attention...they are out of marinara sauce, which would have been nice to know upon ordering them. Shakes were absolutely terrible. They're skimping majorly on flavoring and ingredients, see the picture of my "peanut butter Oreo" shake compared to the photo they advertise. We threw away the shakes and left, won't be back. Don't waste your time .

I just wasn't impressed. The service was okay and the food was about the same. I know most people don't dine in at Sonic and I recommend it stays that way. The dining area doesn't seem to get a lot of attention and leaves a lot to be desired. They do have some UW gear hanging on the walls which is better than nothing I guess. The biggest disappointment was the restroom. It was dirty and did not smell good.

They are usually very fast and give out hot food. The sonic app is great to hear about deals.

Sonic is just iconic. They'll put together drink combinations like Dr pepper with cherry and chocolate syrups and not bat an eye.

My kids and I love ocean water and fries and they are always fresh
