1st time come to eat song fa at food palace. Ambience is good, waiters are good. You can refill the soup since it was really nice!We ordered various meals for 3 person- Ribs soup Large n Small ( IDR 93 L & IDR 73 S)The soup is si great n fresh just a simple salt n pepper soup but great, the meat for bakut is tender, easy to eat n savory. Score (4.5/5)- Tender pork soup (IDR 72)I was surprised when i put the meat in my mouth!! It was so juicy, you even dont need to chew it!! It has the same soup as the ribs n both were great!! (4,5/5)- Braised pork belly (IDR 69)Another greatt pork!! Tender, sweet and yummy. Must try!! (4.5/5)- Salted Veggie (IDR 29) fresh and nice. But a bit expensive (3/5)- Mee Sua (IDR 18)This was good. It was tender n peppery. Nice one. (3.5/5)Drinks : chinese tea. (IDR 39)You'll get small pot n small cups for it.. very unique n cute.. u can refill the tea all u want.Overall great place n food but expensive.Total 4/5

The food is tasty, but may be need a little bit of adjusting in case of food's plate serving. Hope the dish serving is neat, there's no sauce splits at some spots around the plate. But the other thing is good. serving is good, the food tastes good.

It is unfair to give someone a voucher without expiration date, and then when they are about to cash in the voucher, in only about 2-3 months from when the voucher was given, you told them that it's expired already.If your voucher has an expiration date then you must inform it when you give it to your customers!It happened to me this this evening.

The food not as good as Song Fa in Singapore. Also when I was there the air-conditioning was faulty. It was so hot even tough they turn on a few fans. I would think they should hired a portable air condition instead of using a fan.

Bak kut Teh, the best pork ribs. Dan intestine is good...1 person meal is about 80-125.000 rupiah.

Parking can be really difficult. Food taste was ok. Not as crowded as the one in PIK. It has big and spacious space. Food serving was quick and service were excellent as always. As always song fa charge a premium price for its delicacy. Singapore special drink Bandung is served here.
