They keep changing up the menu which I think is great, there is always room for improvement and too many places get stuck with one menu forever. The current menu looks nice, but I could not figure out what the sides were, or which sides cost extra. My son loves Poke and is always happy, and I find the mountain of pulled pork hours the spot. Sauce options seem to have changed for the worse, but I am confident they will come back. The vacant office sign next door almost fooled me but I am glad I stopped.

Hawaiian place with the classic staples. Good amount of patronage and plates are made to order so it can be a bit of a wait between ordering and receipt of your food. As you can see from the pictures, I had the spam musubi and small katsu plate. Musubi is made ahead of time and placed in a warmer box though it felt and tasted pretty fresh. With the volume of business they get you'd have to be pretty unlucky. Katsu was great, not burnt tasting at all which sometimes happens with the breading's crumb structure. Overall a good place; even if it was in Hawaii it would still get a solid 4 stars which is a compliment in my opinion.

Very impressed with the food! The small plate was plenty to eat. I'm looking forward to going back to try more dishes. Don't be deceived by the name. It does sound like a coffee shop name but it's definitely Hawaiian!
