Sol Verde - a taste of New Mexico

Everything Kat makes is delicious. Pork chile verde is my daily pick. And her pazole when available is incredible. She makes it real here. All fresh local ingredients and a lot of new mex chillies!!!! Definitely my pick for best mex in bend. Eat here now!!!

We are visiting from out of town but have lived here in Bend off and on for years...Damn just had the best breakfast burrito!!!!! freshest!!! Green salsa is the best salsa I have ever had!!!! Wow she’s doing something right. Thank you Sol Verde for all your hard work on this journey. 💜💜💜
