Coolest, best ice cream Ive had in a while! New way to eat ice cream, it is fresh and delicious!! I would look at menu before going to understand the various flavors. After you pick your ice cream you get 3 toppings and one syrup choice.

Favorite ice cream place! So cool to watch them make the rolls. My favorite flavor so far is the sunset St Louis (Nutella and strawberry 😍) I love reading all the fun notes people leave on the walls. Fair warning, the cookie dough flavor is not made with cookie dough, but with chocolate chip cookies. Still delicious though!

From the outside, I never would have expected this! The ice cream’s flavor and texture was exceptional- we had a matcha & mango which was made with fresh cream and fresh fruit right in front of us! It was rich, creamy and delicious with a bold flavor!I dare say- even better than The Parlor in downtown!!!

This is a new great place in Durham! It's fun to watch the ice cream being made. There are sticky notes and pens at every table so that you can draw pictures, write messages and then post them on the walls. A fun family outing.

Very unique way to prepare ice cream - spread out flat, cut and roll! And very tasty, of course.

Ice cream is very very good. It's not much creamy, not overly sweet. I really like it. 5 star for the base ice cream itself. We got thai tea and coffee bases. Both were excellent. A couple of thing I did not like much are1. Size/price: The default is pretty large and expensive for one person. It would be great to have a half size option with a half price. I cannot go there often. 2. Topping: I am not a big fan of toppings, but there was no option not to pay for them.
