Best and freshest cookied

Bought a brownie from Snookies a few days ago and it's so rich it's taken me a week to eat the whole thing. The cookies are always delicious and the guy at the counter was very sweet and helpful.

Received my order on time 😊 I can't wait to try more of snookies cookies goodies! The oatmeal cookies are so tasty, and perfect with a cold glass of milk.

Good variety of ices

Horrible experience. Ordered over the phone and paid with my debt card. Notify the store manager I was outside. She told me it would be 10-15 min wait and I was fine with waiting that long. I waited outside for 45 minutes for a order of a dozen cookies and 3 Cookie ice cream. I had to call her again to remind her I was outside waiting. She sounded surprised as if she had forgotten about my order. When I tried the cookies it tasted as if it was store bought. There was nothing I enjoyed about it and the cookie ice cream had frozen water ice pieces in it. This was my experience and it was a horrible experience. This is my truth.

Snookies used to be #1 in my book. I'm not sure what happened but they just aren't the same.
