Expensive rolled ice cream. It is neat for the novelty factor. You can choose what flavor of ice cream and what toppings you want. I can buy a whole gallon of blue bell for one serving at their store.

They freeze the liquid on a plate in front of you and add whatever ingredients in with the ice cream and you can watch it all
