Smoothie King

Love this new store in Congressional Plaza! It’s nice, clean and the smoothies taste great. Appreciated being greeted by friendly servers and how they explained how I could add items to my smoothie with enhancers and other flavors like cinnamon. Will frequent this store often when doing my shopping in Congressional Plaza especially as the weather heats up!

The customer service at this location leaves a lot to be desired.. No greeting or acknowledgment while waiting for my order to be taken. There are plenty of alternative locations in the area with a more welcoming atmosphere. Spend your money elsewhere.

Usually love this place but they are closed at 7:20 on a Tuesday night. The sign says they are supposed to be open until 10pm. Very frustrating

Yesterday was my first time at this location and Ryan (store manager) was very pleasant. He had a great attitude and shared that the smoothies are made with love. I ordered the peanut power plus. Mhmmm taste like a recess peanut butter cup.

TLDR: Wasn’t a great experience at this location. Asked to scan my app to get points. Lady at the counter says they can’t because of an unclear reason. She also didn’t offer to give me my receipt either so I could ask for credit after the fact. I ordered the activator chocolate with strawberry. I kept saying strawberry and she kept changing my order to blueberry? And to top it off, they made too much smoothie. Filled my small cup then went to dump out the rest of my smoothie. I stopped them and asked for the remainder since I paid for a protein smoothie. I want the 27g of protein I paid for. They didn’t seem to understand the issue that I’m only getting half my protein if they’re dumping out the other half. It wasn’t my fault they overestimated the portions that go into it. They wouldn’t give me the remainder smoothie. Won’t be coming back to this location.

I'll definitely be coming back more often because of Frayan. He is so friendly, patient, and informative. My brother and I are both trying to avoid dairy and he makes the search for our perfect smoothie, so easy. This gentleman keeps his composure and always greets everyone with a smile. With that energy alone, he can get anyone to come back!

They have been very courteous the past two days I’ve been going and the smoothies are great.

Usually love this place, but right now (on a Saturday night) I just walked up to the door at 9:50pm & they're already closed. Normally I wouldn't care, but I just drove 35 min to try to hurry to get here before they're supposed to be closed at 10pm. I was on a mission to get a smoothie for someone who is sick & all they're craving is Smoothie King!

New management is fast and the smoothies are always delicious. Open late until 10:00pm except Sunday

This location doesn't participate in the rewards promos for smoothie kingdom members. I went out of my way to try a free pumpkin smoothie promo I was emailed about only to be told too bad when I went into the store. Disappointing.

I am renowed customer of the smoothie king and i place the order twice a week..last week i place a order for the 20oz smoothie on tuesday and it was made terrible. I did place the order on friday again for 32oz but i was given in 40oz cup stating that they only have that cup size available. When i checked back at home, they have given me 20oz in 40oz cup but the order i place was 32oz. I am going back today to check back on this. Hope they redeem me

Frayan deserves a raise or something to keep him working there!!! He absolutely made my day! The smoothie i got was absolutely delicious and this was my second time getting a smoothie so i didn’t really know what to get but he helped me pick my smoothie and it’s now my go to. I will keep coming back here just for him. 10/10
