I work there and the staff is amazing couldn’t ask for better co-workers and friends but the manager jinky is a bi*ch don’t let her take you order. Not only that is she is probably the most racist and sexist person I’ve ever met hated me from the get go because I was a man. She also talks about customers and how she’s Asian and he would think she does stuff under the books.

Incompetent teenager staff with no Manager available. We drove all the way there for a free smoothie on "National Smoothie Day" and the staff had no idea how to apply the coupon through the app. We were told to come back the next day and there would be a Manager who could facilitate the transaction. Sure enough, we drove all the way back the next day, and the teenagers still didn't know how to apply the coupon and there was no Manager available. We will never be back to Smoothie King again...Sticking with Tropical Smoothie who has better smoothies and know what the hell they are doing!
